Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! Hoping you all get a bit of time off, a nice break and maybe some nice food and presents!

I dont say "happy holidays" as I feel thats a cop-out, Merry Christmas means 'peace and goodwill to all' - that 'all' includes other religions for example so I don't see much point in saying 'seasons greetings' or 'happy holidays'.

If anyone has been paying attention I haven't worked much on the shop in the past 4 weeks: no major emergencies or anything I've simply not had as much time for it while working on home improvements, getting ready for the holidays etc...that said I thought it wise to add a blog post otherwise it could seem abandoned.

The shop is still going and I plan to work on it in the new year! speaking of, I did get a message from here which at first seemed to be polite interest or a business enquiry but quickly turned out to be "we want to aggressively sell you graphic design" - if you were the one to send me that message I want to explain that I have never seen my E-mail freak out so much over one E-mail: every picture was blocked, and every link was restricted(and covered in warnings) - I simply reported as spam, and moved on.

I'm not a fan of this 'honey-trap' marketing, where someone poses as an interested party and then tries to sell you something unsolicited...I fear with A.I. it's getting worse as people can quickly generate the text and pictures etc to seem legitimate.

Anyhoo I digress... I am alive and well, and will be working on the shop more soon - after a Christmas break of course!
